Our family of six had outgrown our old home and needed more room. We decided to build a new home. However, building a new home can be a stressful process. From day one, Metlov Builders assisted our family in defining, visualizing, and then designing our dream home. The plan was unique and special to us. Once our design was complete, Metlov Builders implemented the plan with a level of detail second to none. This alleviated any stress we had. The process was actually fun. Well, maybe not the moving part.
Pete listened to our requests, in terms of all the features we wanted in our home, and did his best to accommodate us. When we needed to talk to him, he was always available for us. He is a man of honor and integrity! He once told us, his company is not named "ABC". His company is "Metlov builders," and therefore his has to uphold his honor and reputation, because he goes by his last name. We definitely vouch for that!
Pete was always present in the building process, and inspected everything. If Pete was unhappy with the work his workers were producing, he did not hesitate to tear down less than perfect work, and start again. He builds his homes, like he is the one who is going to be living in them. He always strives for "perfection!"
Pete takes the stress out of building a home. Not once, did we feel stress or pressure. He narrowed down our choices, considering our tastes, so that we did not feel overwhelmed with our decision to build a home, for the first time.
Pete and his wife, Gina, are a dynamic duo. Pete is creative on a "grand scale" and has an abundance of ideas to offer, always aiming to surprise and please his client. Gina, takes care of the aesthetic aspect/feel of the home. She pays attention to fine details and offers great advice, in terms of colors and the internal features of a home.
Pete ultimately builds unique homes, with the best materials available, and aims to satisfy his client 100%. We have lived in our home for 2 1/2 years, and to this day, we are completely satisfied with our "Metlov" home. If we decide to build our retirement home in the future, we have no doubt in our mind, that we would build with Pete Metlov again
